One price for the business.

Each plan includes people: one on Solo, 5 on Team, 15 on Business and 50 on Scale. Past that, each extra person is $12 a month on Team, $10 on Business and $8 on Scale, and the shared pools grow with them.

It is included on every plan. Each plan has a pool of assistant commands that the whole workspace shares: 15 a day on Solo, 75 on Team, 225 on Business and 750 on Scale, which is 15 for every person included. If you need more, AI Power doubles the pools from $9 a month, or a pack adds 600 commands for $10.

Most requests run on a fast everyday model. Harder ones, or any request you set to Deep, use a stronger model, up to 3 a day on Solo, 10 on Team, 20 on Business and 50 on Scale, shared by the workspace. When they are used up the assistant does not stop: it carries on with the everyday model and tells you quietly. AI Power doubles them.

Yes, for things like event dates, opening hours and prices: 25 lookups a month on Solo, 80 on Team, 200 on Business and 500 on Scale. For a web lookup, only a short, cleaned-up search phrase is sent to the search provider (Perplexity), never your workspace, and it cites its sources. Nothing is added to your workspace until you approve it.

Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days at Team level for up to 5 people, with set usage totals (for example 150 AI commands and 25 deep searches) and no card. After that it stays open on a smaller free tier until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. You can also open the workspace without an account and work locally.

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year at the then-current price until you cancel. Each add-on and extra-seat line renews on its own and can be cancelled on its own. Cancel any time in one step: Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription. No call, email or reason is needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep everything you paid for until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to the Free plan and keeps your data. If the price changes we email you 30 days before it applies, with the new price and how to cancel. Yearly customers keep their price until their next renewal. Refunds: in full within 14 days of your first charge and within 7 days after a yearly renewal; other cases are in the refund policy. Ask at nshulman@natex.ai. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales, use or similar taxes. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added based on your billing address and shown before you pay. You see the price, the first renewal date and these terms, and confirm, before you are ever charged.

Yes, on every plan. Connect your own key, or the Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot plan you already pay for, and the smartest models are yours at any price. Anything that runs on your account uses none of your plan's allowance. If your account ever runs out, your plan's assistant answers and tells you.

Mailboxes you connect, apps you connect, assistant commands per day, background teammate runs per month, and storage. Everything else, including modules, Looks, docs, sheets, slides and chat, is not metered.
