Why this exists
Small businesses run on a stack of separate tools: a mailbox, a calendar, a task list, a spreadsheet for the pipeline, another app for invoices. Each one is priced per person, and the AI in each one is an add-on. We wanted one system that holds all of it, that you shape by describing what you need, and that shows you what it is about to do before it does it.
What we believe
A business system should fit the work, not the other way round. You should be able to see what a machine is about to do before it does it. A high price should buy quality, not seat counts.
How we build it
Every change in the workspace, whether it comes from you, a teammate, an App or the assistant, is the same kind of typed command. That is why every change can be previewed, approved and undone, and why the same commands are available over an API and MCP server. How the assistant is kept in check is on the security page.
NATEX AI
NATEX AI is an AI software company founded in August 2024, a Delaware C-corporation. It builds purpose-built platforms: NIX, bid intelligence for subcontractors, and NX-1, denial prevention for healthcare. NATEX Work is a separate product with its own database and sign-in system. NATEX AI uses one Stripe account and one OpenRouter account for all of its products, and your NATEX Work data is used only by NATEX Work. Learn more at natex.ai.
