A scripted preview. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Nine parts. One system.

They share one set of records, one search and one assistant, so everything you ask for reaches everything else.

  1. 01 Assistant

    Type anything.

Say what you want in a sentence and the assistant shows you exactly what will change before it touches anything.

    See the assistant
  2. 02 Apps

    Describe it. Use it.

Describe a tracker, a portal or a tool and get a working app that runs on your own clients, tasks and records.

    See what you can build
  3. 03 Looks

    Make it yours.

Fifty-eight Looks change color, type, shape and density together, and you can ask for a mood and the whole workspace changes.

    See the Looks
  4. 04 Day

    Your day, ordered.

Mail, calendar and tasks sit on one page, and Plan my day puts the work on the calendar for you to approve.

    See mail and calendar
  5. 05 Clients

    From lead to invoice.

People, deals, forms, booking pages and invoices share one record, so a booking becomes a client and a client becomes a bill.

    See clients and bookings
  6. 06 Docs

    Write. Calculate. Present.

Documents, spreadsheets and slides open as real files, and live blocks pull current numbers from your records.

    See docs, sheets and slides
  7. 07 Chat

    Your team, in sync.

Channels, threads and small calls live beside your work, and @NATEX plans for the whole group using the availability each person shares (on by default, switchable per person) and the preferences each person opts in to share.

    See chat and calls
  8. 08 Teammates

    Set it once.

Rules run on the server with no tab open, and named AI teammates draft work that waits in your approvals.

    See automations and teammates
  9. 09 Connect

    Open to everything.

Connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoom and Slack, or let Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work in it through an API and an MCP server with scoped keys.

Where the work happens

Your day, your clients and your documents, each in full. The rest of the system is one line below.

Your day

Today, your inbox and your calendar sit on one page, next to the tasks they turn into. Gmail and Outlook arrive in one inbox, you answer from the keyboard, and drafts wait for you.

See mail and calendar

Your clients

A deal board, forms and booking pages, with invoices when you need them, in the same workspace as the calendar that books the work.

See clients and bookings

Your documents

Docs, sheets and slides that import and export .docx, .xlsx and .pptx, with live charts that read your own data.

See docs, sheets and slides

Also in the workspace: chat and calls, forms, booking pages, automations and teammates. They share the same records, the same search and the same assistant.

Make it look like yours.

142 Looks set color, type, shape and density for the whole workspace. Switch any time. Your data stays exactly where it is.

DuskDusk: serif display, soft corners.

See the Looks

You ask. It happens.

Say what you need in plain words. The change is ready in seconds, one tap puts it in place, and every command has an undo.

  1. 1

    Say it

Type what you need, the way you would tell a colleague.

  2. 2

    See it

NATEX Work turns the sentence into a command and shows the exact change: the old time, the new time and who it touches.

  3. 3

    Approve it

Enter approves, E edits, Esc drops it. Nothing runs until you choose.

  4. 4

    Undo it

Changed your mind? Every command has an inverse, so one keystroke puts it back.

See how the assistant works

Nothing the assistant proposes is sent or deleted until you approve.

  • Not used to train models

NATEX does not train models on your content. We ask OpenRouter to route every AI request that uses your plan only to hosts it lists as zero-data-retention, with its zero-data-retention and no-data-collection filters on. If you choose to use your own AI account, those requests go to your provider under your terms with them. A few hosts still run short abuse checks, and web search works differently. Section 6 names them. Privacy Policy, Section 6

  • You decide what it can see

Keep any collection away from the assistant, switch it off entirely, and export or delete everything in one action.

  • Kept to itself

Your NATEX Work data lives in NATEX Work's own database, behind its own sign-in, and is used only by NATEX Work.
